Day 3 ~ Taking Control of my Weight

I can see why so many people fail at achieving weight loss... it's only day three, I'm only 'observing' my eating, not modifying it and I'm ready to quit all this nonsense! Energetic patterns (habits) are really strong and take some real effort to overcome or change. Thank goodness I'm doing this blog because believe me, I'd be happy to stop all this silliness right now and slink back into my old patterns. No one would know, right? Seriously, who's idea was this anyway!?There's something to be said for accountability. I can see big sweeping patterns throughout my life that I've constructed to minimize my accountability. I don't like having to 'explain' myself to someone or justify my behavior. As a uber control freak that's understandable. So why am I am publishing a blog for the world to see? While we don't need to be accountable to others, we DO need to be accountable to God and to ourselves. Our physical bodies are reflections of our vibrational patterns. And when I look at the things I CAN control in and on my physical body, I have to say I'm NOT impressed. It's easy to talk about getting old stale energy patterns out of your daily life ~ maybe NOT so easy to do. Step 1 is to identify what's working and what could be fine tuned.
Here is one of my favorite videos that shows clearly how vibrations affect the physical. In the video it show how different patterns form at different frequencies. It is important to note that before the NEW pattern can form the OLD pattern has to break up.
