Prayer for Peace

Dear Lord, we ask you be with us today as we pray for peace. We ask you clear our hearts and minds of any fear and anxiety and replace it with your unconditional LOVE and Divine energy. We ask that you lift any sadness, anger or hate we may be feeling and replace it with your unconditional LOVE and Divine energy.

We ask you place your hand of comfort and healing on everyone around the world whom are in need of your Divine energy and Unconditional God Love. We pray for those who are suffering to be raised up by your Divine energy and restored to wholeness, peace and Unconditional Love.

We pray for all those who do not know you and your unbounded LOVE. We pray the veil of darkness be lifted from their hearts and souls that they may see the Light of Unconditional God Love.

In the midst of chaos and fear, keep our hearts and minds steady in your Unconditional Love. We acknowledge we cannot control others, and vow to do what WE can do, which is to stay centered in Unconditional God Love and Peace. To live peacefully moment-to-moment… with ourselves, our family, our neighbors, our community, our nation and the world.

We are reminded of the wisdom from MLK when he said, Darkness cannot drive out darkness. Only Light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate. Only Love can do that.

Dear Lord, we ask that you be with us today and everyday and as we move about our daily business, we take a moment and take a stand for Peace. We do what WE can do, which is to wage Peace and Unconditional God Love.
